Delivery and returns
How your order is made and posted, and how to send it back.
Who you're buying from

Made to order
Nothing sits on a shelf. Each piece is printed or stitched by our printer when you order it, then posted straight to you.
Delivery
UK addresses only. Delivery is £6.95 an order, anywhere in the UK, shown before you pay.
It usually reaches you within about six working days. That's an estimate, not a promise. If it hasn't come in ten working days, email us and we'll chase it.
Paying
You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure page. Your card details never touch this site. Stripe emails your receipt.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day it arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and 14 days after that to send it back, unworn and unwashed, as it came.
We refund what you paid for the piece and the delivery within 14 days of getting it back. The postage to send it back is yours.
Something wrong with it
If it's faulty, the print or stitching is wrong, or it isn't the size or colour you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of it arriving. We'll replace it or refund you in full, return postage included.
Sending it back
Email us first, with your name and the order, then post it to Bare Knuckle Customs, Tile Kiln Farm, Braintree Road, Sible Hedingham, Essex, CO9 3RL.
None of this takes away your legal rights.
