What we keep when you send us a job, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we keep
When you send us a job, from the contact page or Start your project: your name, email, phone number if you give it, the vehicle, what you want doing and any photos you add.
The colour preview on Start your project runs in your browser. Your photo only reaches us if you send the form.
The end of lease checklist keeps your ticks in your own browser. Nothing from it is sent to us.
Why we keep it
To reply, price the job and, if you book it, do the work. That's something you've asked us to do before any agreement, and we also have a fair reason to answer people who get in touch. We don't sell your details, and we don't send you marketing unless you ask for it.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted by Vercel. When you send the form, your enquiry and photos are passed to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Neither keeps it for anything else.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn't turn into a job, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, we keep the job record for six years, because the tax rules ask us to.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and runs no tracking.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll do it within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
